After years of using Satellite, I had horrible experience at a different nearby location that made a chip turn into a 12+ inch crack within and had Horrible Customer Service Afterwards!!! I was recommended this location and they have restored my faith in the Safelite company!!! The staff is amazing! Everyone was very nice and professional! They kept me informed of the progress of my windshields replacement and finished the replacement in 2hrs vs the 3-4hrs that I was originally quoted it would take! Will Definitely use this location for any future windshield issues!!!

Overall, I had a great experience with Safelite. The only hiccup was that I planned to drop my car off the night before to make things easier before work. I received a text instructing me to leave my key in the key drop box, but when I arrived after hours, I couldn’t find one. That was a little frustrating since the instructions made it seem like it would be available. The next morning, I dropped my car off, and the gentleman at the front desk with glasses was incredibly kind and welcoming. He made the process easy and put me at ease. My windshield replacement was finished before 2pm, which was much faster than I expected. When I picked my car up the following morning, the same employee was just as friendly and helpful. I had also purchased new windshield wipers, and he took great care of me. His kindness and excellent customer service really stood out and made the whole experience a positive one. Despite the confusion with the after-hours drop-off instructions, the staff’s professionalism, quick turnaround, and genuine friendliness made this a great experience. I would definitely recommend Safelite!

My 2002 Yukon needs a new windshield. Safelite sent Dante . A more professional , engaging gentleman I have NEVER had the pleasure of doing business with. He was prompt, explained EVERYTHING - why, where, what… and delivered a wonderful completed product in the midst of what must have been the hottest day of the year!! Well done Dante. After many years of driving around with a crack that wasn't in my line of sight (and kept growing every winter), I FINALLY decided to break down and get it replaced. I shopped around through various local shops and the safelite prices were comparable and they advertise alot on siriusxm, so I was leaning that way, but I'm frugal so I was looking for a coupon. If you book, but back out, their system automatically sends you a couple of one-time discount codes, but the one I found on instagram was actually better, so I used that. It was 50Social, but I doubt that one stays valid. I bet they rotate codes all the time. Anyway, I booked it online finally last week and the tech came today. The system sends you messages and a video to let you know what to expect. They let you pay when you book, at any time later or after the service. I chose to pay when I heard from the actual tech. I used their portal. They give you a window of time, which is about 5 hours, so in theory, it COULD eat an entire afternoon, but that was not the case. The safelite tech, Alex, messaged me about 45 minutes before the repair window of 12-5 and advised that he'd arrive at the very first part of the

The technician arrived on time, but the professionalism ended there. He hadn't brought the required top trim piece and only realized it after we discussed the installation details; I’m left wondering if he would have reused the old part had I not spoken up. After a rushed hand-off, I later found my rearview mirror was incorrectly installed. I value a quick turnaround, but speed should never come at the cost of safety and honest communication. I later contacted the technician and he agreed to come back and fix it. I appreciate the accountability.
